Goods delivered as per sales contract can only be returned or exchanged in exceptional cases, within 7 days and with our consent. The buyer shall bear any costs and risk involved in returning the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. If the packaging is damaged or the products are no longer fully saleable, the buyer will be charged the difference. Returned items are only refunded as store credit – money refunds or cash payments are expressly excluded.

The ordered goods are packed in a box and handed over to a shipping company.
